Karma – It was a word that totally befuddled me all through my years growing up. In the Hindu tradition that I was taught, Karma is defined as a spiritual principal of cause and effect; where good intent and deed contributes to good karma and future happiness and bad intent and deed contribute to bad karma and future suffering. Karma is a punishment for sins. When we’ve atoned for our sins, we will reach Nirvana. This never sat right with me. When I embarked on the Spiritual Journey, what I discovered is that our souls choose to learn lessons – and we choose to reincarnate to continue learning these lessons for soul evolution and growth. This has been affirmed all the time in both the Regression Therapy sessions as well as the Between Lives Spiritual Regression session. In 1994, Dr. Michael Newton caused a stir through the publication of his book, Journey of Souls. This ground-breaking book documented ten years of research that he had undertaken to navigate souls through the Between Life stages, where they can find out the plan that they had agreed to for their Current Life. This process can be incredibly insightful and poignant as it gives the regressee a spiritual look at different events, relationships and circumstances of their lives, the pleasant and the not so pleasant, which they gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for. Part of that process is called the Eternal Now – where clients communicate with their Guides and other Evolved Spirits of Light to gain clarification and insights into specific areas of their life that they are having trouble with in their current existence. It has been known to be a life changing experience A question I get asked frequently is can anyone access these high vibrational spaces. I refer back to the fact that there have been more than 15,000 people worldwide that have accessed higher frequencies during Between Lives sessions. If all these people can do it, I believe so can anyone, if they are open and trust the subtle energies, and they find a therapist that can help them facilitate this deep process. According to the Upanishads and manner other Sanskrit scriptures, a human being must acquire self-knowledge (atma jnana), which is to realize that one's ‘I AM’ (Ātman) is identical with the transcendent Whole. With this realisation, a soul attains liberation (Nirvana) – ‘I AM’ that ‘I AM’. ‘I AM’ all that ‘I AM’ Regression Therapy, especially Between Lives Spiritual Regression, just puts into perspective how vast and expansive our soul’s existence is. This put into perspective how our current relationships, lessons and experiences relate to the eternal journey of our souls. The sessions facilitate a deeper conscious understanding into and foster a deeper relationship with our individual souls. The journey of the Eternal Soul continues…. Reena Kumarasingham
