Caroline has been in the fitness Industry since 2000. She started training as a YMCA aerobics teacher and then trained at Brunel University with the American College of Sports Medicine to then become a personal trainer.
Caroline has worked for David Lloyd clubs in the past where she gained a wealth of knowledge with all different clientele.
After a horse riding accident, she then trained with Body Control Pilates in 2004 and has not looked back. While her personal preference lies with the machine work, she is passionate about helping people achieve the results that they strive for, and above all making sure the clients have fun.
n her spare time, she loves to compete in dressage on her horse Max nationally.
