Flower remedies are healing solutions containing the energetic imprint of flowers, plants or trees which when taken can raise our own energy vibration making us feel better mentally, emotionally and subsequently physically. Each emotional state we experience has its own unique frequency or vibration. With emotions such as anger and fear being low and emotions of love and gratitude being high. Our current emotion state directly affects our naturally high vibration state. Abraham Hicks quoted: ‘You don’t have to work at your higher vibration. Your higher, pure vibration is natural to you, but you have to let go of the thought which is holding your vibration down’. Therefore, our natural energy vibration state is high but life and certain associated challenges and subsequent thoughts and emotions can cause it to drop. A significant drop can lead to some level of stress or depression. Also, when our energy vibration drops we can experience symptoms of physical illness (disease). For optimal wellbeing, we need to keep our vibration as high as possible and flower essences containing the energetic imprint of flowers, plants and trees can assist with this. If you are finding the festive period stressful then do try these gentle yet subtle flower essences. Some ‘Christmas’ remedies I’d suggest are: Beech, Cherry Plum, Crab Apple, Holly, Impatiens and Walnut: Beech is for those who are very intolerant and critical of others. A great remedy for those busy shopping centres. Also useful if you are spending time with someone who you find annoying or irritating. The remedy encourages kindness and tolerance of others. Cherry Plum is a remedy for fear of losing self-control, feeling like going mad or something driving you mad (like traffic and queues). It’s also a remedy for panic attacks and recommended for PMT and Menopause. The remedy acts in a subtle yet effective way to bring calmness. Crab Apple removes unwanted energies and emotions which have been taken on. A great one to use after those busy days at shopping centres. Crab Apple is an aura cleanser. Elm – This helps with a crisis of confidence after taking on too much responsibility and being overwhelmed. Elm helps restore strength of mind, confidence and ability to cope. Holly is seasonal and may be displayed indoors. It is an energy field protector and a remedy for anger, bitterness, jealousy and any negative emotions which arise as a reaction to others. Holly helps transmute negative thoughts to positive ones and reinstate the connection to pure love. Impatiens is for people who become frustrated and irritable if they have to queue or wait for someone to do something. The remedy restores calm, balance and teaches patience. Sweet Chestnut is recommended for those who for whatever reason are feeling low and finding Christmas very hard this year. These low feelings may be linked to bereavement and/or loneliness. Also, the financial pressures can just be too much for some. A person who can benefit from taking Sweet Chestnut experiences deep anguish and has reached the most extreme state of depression. They feel desperation, great fear and that all is lost. Sweet Chestnut encourages positivity and acceptance. It increases courage, strength and hope and helps the person find a peaceful place from which to look forwards. Walnut to keep your own energy field strong. Walnut is very protective. It is also an excellent remedy for change which may help with changes of routine associated with Christmas. These remedies can be taken as drops in drinks or via an Aura Spray. The winter days and Christmas/New Year can affect the emotional state of some people. Be kind to yourself, accept your feelings and do all you can to make steps to lift your energy vibration back to its natural high state, so the Christmas period can be managed with ease and hopefully enjoyment.
