Christmas is coming and before we know it the decorations will be up, Christmas music playing everywhere and the shops crazily busy. Once December comes around Christmas pretty much ‘takes over’ and becomes our sole focus. December is a crazily busy month for most with cards and presents to organise, parties, work lunches and school productions included in what is already a fully packed schedule. Christmas can be totally amazing as many take a break from daily routines and moods lift. It is a time when loved ones come together and express gratitude at being able to have this precious time. For others it is a time of solitude with an opportunity to relax, but for many it can be stressful for a variety of reasons. Below are some tips to help make December and Christmas be as calm and enjoyable as possible:
Each emotional state we experience has its own unique frequency or vibration. With emotions, such as anger and fear being low and emotions of love and gratitude being high. Our current emotion state directly affects our natural vibration state which is actually high. Abraham Hicks quoted: ‘You don’t have to work at your higher vibration. Your higher, pure vibration is natural to you but you have to let go of the thought which is holding your vibration down’. So, our natural energy vibration state is high but life and certain associated challenges and subsequent thoughts and emotions can cause our naturally high vibration to drop. A significant drop in energy vibration can lead to some level of stress or depression. Also, when our energy vibration drops we can experience symptoms of physical illness (disease). For optimal health and mental/emotional wellbeing, we need to keep our vibration as high as possible and flower essences containing the energetic imprint of flowers, plants and trees can assist with this. The winter days and/or the beginning of a New Year can affect the emotional state of some people. Be kind to yourself, accept your feelings and do all you can to make steps to lift your energy vibration back to its natural state so the Christmas period can be managed with ease and hopefully enjoyment.
