Astrology Forecast for February 2017

​​The full Moon lunar eclipse on the 10th brings the Sun and Moon into opposites; Sun in Aquarius and Moon in Leo, highlighting family, friends and home. The visible bold moon is blotted out by the Earth, representing a re-setting of emotions and clearing away any old emotions that no longer serve you. This phase lets you take a look at your close personal relationships and work on balancing them.

​The Sun moves in to Pisces on the 18th warming the creative, dreamy, flowing energy of this sign. The element moving from air to water. All signs have positive and negative qualities bringing both strengths and weaknesses. Think compassion, imagination, romance and intuition at its best; delusion, addiction and confusion at its worst.

Jupiter is opposite Uranus this month. Jupiter relates to growth, learning, optimism and fun. Uranus relates to rebellion, innovation and the unpredictable. Being opposite this creates some tension. A rebellious chaotic mood can come into play if you feel you are restricted or controlled in any way from having fun and being independent. Mindfulness is key to aiding any tension that is drawn out as the energy is a forecast and not a prediction we all have to ability to tune into any frequency.

Mercury, the planet of communication, moves into Pisces on the 25th, bringing the Piscean qualities as mentioned above. A great time to focus on any written/performance projects as intuitive communication and using one’s imagination are in full flow. Be aware of being gullible and impressionable during Mercury’s transit here as when in the constellation of Pisces, it has difficulties with boundaries and confuses emotions with thoughts.

Solar Eclipse on the 26th in Pisces. As the Moon passes between the sun and the Earth our image of the Sun is partially or totally obscured. The masculine energy of the Sun relating to the left hemisphere of the brain is blotted out, allowing the unconscious mind to come into the fore as if the conscious mind. This can break us out of any habitual behaviour and we have the ability to use our intuition in a more powerful way. One could be more spiritually aware or feel as if one has a heightened awareness. As the Sun is in Pisces and the ruler here is the planet Neptune this draws upon feelings of a brighter future.
